I clicked on the link "install the latest code for testing and approval" thinking that this would install the latest code on my system.

I didn't notice that the full text said, "I've made changes Please install the latest code for testing and approval."

The system should check that some changes were actually made before changing the status from Published back to Uploaded.

It might also be useful to have an "undo" or "revert" button that would discard the latest changed.  Presently, VAchecker is stuck in Uploaded, because I don't have permissions to change it to Installed, Approved, Published.
