update and correct the FTUG

On page 4 of the first time user guide, you still have the following INCORRECT information that may mis-lead students who are new to this material:

1) It is stated that Boron or group III is an n-type dopant 2) It is stated that Phosphorus or group V is a p-type dopant

These statements will send students down the wrong path, and both of these mistakes should be quick and easy to fix. (There was a comment over a year ago that this error would be updated, but we are still waiting…)

Another clarification could be made: On page 5 of the First Time User Guide, FD and MB statistics are compared side- by-side. The way the graphs are displayed may be a little confusing for novices, as it seems that FD statistics on the left are shown for electrons only(and not holes) while the MB statistics on the right hand graph are shown for a partial energy range of electrons AND a partial energy range for holes with no clear note that this is what is being shown.

I would like to see the two graphs display a more parallel comparison between the two types of statistics, with both either showing 1) only electrons, 2)only holes, or 3) both electrons and holes, AND with color coding.
