The current version of the tool (2.1.1) provides an input deck at the end of each simulation run, which is supposed to be used as the input file to any jobs submitted to ‘nemo’ through the workspace. However, I haven’t been able to get the input decks to run as I keep getting segmentation faults and other memory errors. I was told that the tool uses an older release of the nemo5 code, which is no longer available.

It would be great if a more updated input deck can be obtained that will run on any of the recent nemo5 updates on workspace (e.g., 10328, 11160 etc).
