Thank you for this wish. We can add new materials for example GaAs and even Ge. However, we have to work for several weeks to make sure the new material works well.

why the simiulation is not working for other materials except silicon. I am trying to simulate GaAs for different diameter, but it is showing floating error, same for other materials also.
