Margaret S. Morris is a doctoral candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Purdue University, where she taught first-year composition, professional writing, and learning communities to traditional students on the main campus and nontraditional students at a remote campus. She earned a BA in Journalism and a Masters in English with a writing concentration from Western Kentucky University. Margaret’s professional background is in marketing communications, publishing, and editorial consulting. Her research interests include collaborative writing and learning, ethnographic writing, writing across the curriculum, writing in the disciplines, and 20th century salon movements.
