Shah M. Jahinuzzaman received the B.Sc. degree (with honors) in electrical and electronic engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2002, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D.degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada. Since December 2010, he has been with Logic Technology Development Q&R at Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon. His research interests include soft error reliability of integrated circuits and low-power digital circuits and memory design. He has 3 granted US patents and more than 15 refereed journal and conference publications. He is a member of the IEEE and a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
