Prasad Sarangapani is a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He is a member of the NEMO (Nanoelectronics Modeling) group headed by Prof. Gerhard Klimeck. His research interests include atomistic modeling of nanoscale devices such as ultra-thin body transistors, quantum dots, 2D materials and NEGF based transport models. He received his Master's and Bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering department at Indian Institute of Technology - Madras (IIT-M).
