Submitting this request on behalf of Michael Povolotskyi <mpovolot@purdue.edu> to support new interactive features he would like to implement in Crystal Viewer 3.0.

He would like the ability to:

1. Click an atom and show atom's number and neighbors.  The thinking is we could display the atomic number, serial number, number of neighbours and any other relevant information from NEMO5.
2. Click on bond and show the atoms it connects
