How to download upload own data to project folder?

I am running the megnet tutorial notebooks https://proxy.nanohub.org/weber/1827880/fu4MwgbGH624tNOR/5/notebooks/megnet.ipynb?

I'd like to add my own dataset so use the code directly, how do I upload the dataset to folder from which the notebook is launched from?

`pwd` gives me 

'/home/nanohub/hudwahab/data/results/1827880/megnet'

Alternatively, how do I download the `data` folder from the path so I can run megnet locally?
