Would it be possible for user to define their own materials dispersion

Hi Alex,

I am a MEEP user. This toolkit is fantastic for my research as I am mainly working on experiments. There is one problem that I am having when I need to use this toolkit for simulations: I am using some new materials for which dispersion is not in your library. Is it possible to implement API for users to define their own Drude and Lorentzian models?

    Thanks for the suggestion! This addition will be made in the upcoming release, with user-supplied material anisotropy functionality to follow.
