How can I write or copy the output data to a file on my computer?
I see no way to send the output to a file, and the web interface won’t let me copy the output listing so I can paste it into a file. Consequently, I see no way of taking the simulation results out of the nanoHub so I can format them for a presentation or a publication.

In the output window, there is an option to view as plaintext in the toolbar. click this option and it will open a new window with the plaintext, which you can copy.
