Biography
Vince Golubic is an embedded software developer by profession specializing in Linux and VxWorks based RTOS, User Interface(Qt or Windows based), networking APIs (telecom & government modeling & simulation) & algorithm development for analytical purposes. Over the last two decades he has worked in the medical industry (CT), U.S Government Modeling & Simulation (M&S), assisted in development and integration of networked re-configurable simulators ( TIGER) for Battle Labs, developed & integrated M&S tools with ModSAF & OneSAF for DoD and worked as a Test & Evaluation E.E at DoD's White Sands Missile Range, NM. Vince holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering (DSP & Communications), a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of AZ in Tucson, AZ. Vince also has a keen interest in LENR where he also holds one patent and has contributed ideas to this new field.
