  Artem Fediai, M.S. is a post-graduate student at the Department of Physical and biomedical electronics of Kiev Polytechnic Institute. He graduated the same Department in 2007. He is assisting during taking courses “Physics of electron processes”, “Nanoelectronics”, “Field Theory” at the Department of Physical and biomedical electronics.

  His dissertation is devoted to quantum transport modelling and simulation in resonant-tunneling diode, using Schrodinger multy-valley picture.
