Shehrin Sayed received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, in 2013, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His current research interest includes spintronics especially transport in high spin orbit coupling materials. His research applies to magnetic memory and beyond Boolean logic applications. His previous research was on reduction of thermal vibration and performance parameter modulation with feedback control in micro-electro mechanical systems. He was also involved in modeling and simulation of silicon-on-insulator multi-gate transistors.
