A pre-defined ellipsoid is available to be chosen as an option. When you run a spectrum calculation, the output file will contain the cross-sections (Csca, Cabs, and Cext) and efficiency factors (Qsca, Qabs, and Qext). Note that the efficiency factor is the ratio of the calculated cross-section to the physical cross-section (pi*square of the effective radius).
