Which parameters are used for bulk Si?

Is the tight binding model for Silicon the one published in Boykin et al., PRB 81, 125202 (2010)?

    The parameters for bulk Si are from " PHYSICAL REVIEW B 69, 115201 (2004) " 

     

    The strain corrections are available in the reference you cited i.e.  "PRB 81, 125202 (2010)"
