Problem converting a .obj file from Wings3D to DDSCAT shape file.

Hello. I have a shape file from wings3D in .obj format. I have tried to convert it to DDSCAT shape file using the target generated tool here. I keep getting error like. What can be the problem?. When exporting the shape file from Wings3D, two file formats are automatically generated (.obj and .mtl).
