• Biography

  Born in Magnitogorsk, former USSR in 1983. School in Dedoplistskaro, Georgian republic. In 2000 enrolled to Tbilsi State University, Faculty of Physics. Masters degree in 2006, Tbilisi State University. Employed by Liquid Light Inc. Representative office in Georgia from 2007 to 2011 at position of chief technologist. Was working on solar energy project, Group III nitride film growth, Rapid Thermal Processing of semiconductors. Since October 2011 doctorate student at Institute of Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw.
