Abstract

This lab explores the kinetics of solid-state diffusion using nanoHUB tools. In this lab, we use "Process Lab: Defect-coupled Diffusion" and "Process Lab: Concentration-dependent Diffusion" to investigate the effects of Diffusion-Coefficient, Concentration, Point Defects, Time, and Temperature on Diffusion behaviors of different dopants in substrates.
