Email Notification after registering for an event
We have several groups (mostly internal) that use the registration capabilities on nanoHUB events to track who will be coming and have them provide some basic registration information.
However, after registering, the user does not receive any kind of confirmation, although we can set up a contact person who receives emails whenever someone registers.
How hard would it be to also send the user a registration confirmation? Mark Lundstrom is organizing the NEEDS site visit and one of the co-PIs commented that most web forms send you some kind of confirmation after you submit them.
