Error to upload a microstructure image in OOF2

I am trying to upload an image of a microstructure to oof2 in the microstructure place, when I finished to fill all the requirements a post show up and it said this

"ImageMagickError: Magick: Unknown field with tag 59932 (0xea1c) encountered. `TIFFReadDirectory\' @ warning/tiff.c/TIFFWarnings/912"

Someone knows what does it means and why doesn't it let me charge the image? What should I do to upload the image succesfuly?

We've seen problems with tiff files before, and it seems that some tiff files are not compatible with the image utilities that oof2 uses.  The error is not from oof2, but from the ImageMagick library.  Can you convert the image to a different format, like png?

Thanks, you are right, I changed the image format to png and jpg and after that the software read the image and acepted it, but the question now is, could I have troubles later if I don't work with an image format tiff?

You may have problems with other tiff images, if that's what you mean.  But after OOF2 successfully loads an image, the original image format doesn't affect anything.

I just wanted to help and write that you just need to change the image format. As soon as I saw that you have already been helped. I also recently tried extract text from images and it didn't work at first. Later, I read the article and understood how to copy text from a picture on mac, again, the main thing is to read and use the information correctly. There is a bunch of it on the Internet, you still need to be able to separate and sort it. So good luck everyone.
