Reaction forces in oof2
sir i did analysis of sem image of nanocomposite for predicting the elastic modulus.i just want know how the reaction forces are found on right or left vertical edge of the boundary under non zero displacement condition.

I am not quite sure what you are asking. OOF2 calculates for the stress equilibrium equation, and the stress (or forces) are a result of minimizing the elastic energy functional associated to the microstructure that was defined. To my understanding OOF2 integrates the forces exerted by the bulk of the solid to the edge by using the gaussian points defined defined by the edge elements, and the overall stress is the edge length dependent integration.
