Community codes or simulation engines enable a broad set of different simulations. They typically have been developed over a long time and require an expert to configure them.
Below is a list of community codes in the electronics and nanoelectronics are that can be accessed through our Linux Workspaces or Jupyter Notebooks.
NEMO5 is a quantum transport simulation engine that is based on atomistic basis representations and the Non-Equilibrium Green Function methodology. NEMO5 that powers several tools on nanoHUB. NEMO5 can be accessed through nanoHUB workspaces.
PADRE is a semiclassical, drift-diffusion-based simulation engine developed at Bell Labs. PADRE powers multiple easy-to-use all on nanoHUB.
PROPHET is a general differential equation solution framework, developed at Bell Labs, extensively used for process simulation.
