A graduate from the Physics and Astrophysics programs at the University of California, Berkeley, I first began working in materials research and computational physics in the summer of 2008 as an intern to the Theory of Nano-structured Materials group at the Molecular Foundry, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. I've contributed to NCN tool development at LBNL as well as on the UC Berkeley campus in association with Dr. Jeffrey Grossman (now at MIT). From the summer of 2009 onwards I serving as the site-lead for NCN at Berkeley and MIT, and this year we have a number of major projects and simulation tools in the works for contribution to the Nanohub.
