Abstract

Your feedback matters! Help us gain a better understanding of your learning experience. We invite you to complete the following 3-question survey prior to watching this webinar, and complete the following short survey after watching. Thank you.

The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) is the DoD’s central resource for DoD scientific and technical information, enabling the entire DoD community to build on the accumulated knowledge base produced from the Department’s multi-billion-dollar annual investment in science and technology (S&T).  As a DoD Field Activity, DTIC collects, preserves, manages, and enhances the discoverability and retrieval of over 4.7 million Defense S&T documents and research project data.  This information includes controlled and classified information that can be accessed by authorized users through DTIC’s Research and Engineering Gateway.

This webinar will cover how to best leverage DTIC’s resources and services to advance microelectronic technologies and research.  Going beyond the search and retrieval of technical reports, this briefing will cover DTIC’s additional resources devoted specifically to microelectronic research and investments. Information covered will include how to use DTIC’s tools to gain an overview and summary of current and relevant research, interpret investment data, and find project summaries.
