carrier concentration of CuO
The material wat i hav synthsized is CuO. on checking the Carrier conc. using Hall effect, in some cases it shows P-type and N-type on the other, whilst CuO s known as a p-type semiconductor. Have not done doping yet, wat are all the things i need to check on before doping to overcome this issue?

Did you select P-Type in the inputs? If so, did you verify that your Na doping is correct?
