Thank you Dr. Coram for pointing out the error. The earlier version of the code used p and n as the terminals, which were replaced more meaningful names "fgate" and "interface" respectively. The terminal "fgate" is connected to the reference electrode, and terminal "interface" is in contact with the surface.
I have modified the comment in the updated version of code which would be uploaded shortly.
