Hi, did you ever figure this error out? I'm having the same issue on an inconsistent basis. I don't see any immediate difference among my data files that would explain why some work and others don't. Thanks.

I was having the same problem occasionally and found it was happening for data sets where the current had saturated at high voltage. When I removed the data points above this voltage the problem went away.
