Dear Sir

There are two nonlocal path tunneling models in Sentaurus TCAD.

1. eBarrier Tunneling Model (User Defined nonlocal mesh)

2. Dynamic NonlocalPath Tunneling Model

Would you please explain which model did you use to extract the capacitances (Cgd, Cgs) of Tunnel FET, as 2nd model doesnot support AC analysis.

Please answer.
