Effective mass values for electrons and holes at different temperatures

Hi Kevin,

I am using the tool to carry out simulations. I would like to know if the default electron effective mass (set to 0.4) is a real value at 300K? Also, if I change the temperature to 250K or 350K, how should the effective electron and hole masses change?
