How can I import a mesh created in OOF2 into Abaqus? What file format should I save in ?
  1. Finite Element Method/Analysis (FEM)
  2. OOF2
  3. OOf2 to Abaqus
  4. tool:oof2

    I saved the mesh file as abaqus file but whenever I download the file , its extension (file type) is  file. Read the previous answers and assign the material properties but still not able to produce file extension that supports abaqus.

      OOF2 doesn't automatically add the file suffix.  I think abaqus wants a .inp suffix, which you provide when you save the file.
