How to control SET RESET using circuit?

If we use this model to implement any circuit then definitely we will need to set and reset it in between certain intervals. How is set and reset operation controlled using input voltage? as for set and reset same positive pulse is applied and Cv0 cannot be controled using circuit..!!

    Thank you for your questions. The analog RRAM Spice model is only suitable for bipolar RRAM, where the voltage polarity applied to the set and reset operations is opposite.  The conductance of the RRAM device is altered by increasing the number of pulses.  Cv0 is the initial oxygen vacancy precentage, which is related to the voltage (forming voltage or reset voltage) of the last operation of RRAM.
