EXTRACT feature currently not operational  ??

I am trying to evaluate capacitance of a p-n structure with different contact geometry. Most simple would be to use line

EXTRACT METAL.CH CONT=1 X.MIN=0.0 X.MAX=100.0

+ Y.MAX=-0.0499 Y.MIN=-0.0501

for it. But in .out file I receive

** Error in line # 45
This extract feature currently not operational! 70

Can it be set operational?
