Help, Error with simulation

Dears

I tried to simulate an LNA using Virtual-Source Carbon Nanotube Field-Effect Transistor using HSPICE 2008,03 but it gave me this error " hsp-vacomp: Error: Symbol name 'i' is undefined."

Could you please help me regarding this issue.

Can you get access to a newer version of HSpice? 2008.03 is pretty old.

It looks like 'i' is only used in a for-loop inside the function CarrierDensity. Please change that 'i' to 'ii' and verify that it is that variable that is causing trouble.
