Hi, does anyone know how to modify the code for CNTFET in CNTFETToy.m? Currently the Number of Bias Points(NV) and Voltage Range (VI,VF) for gate and source are not defined separately in the CNTFET function in this file. But in interactive.m, the arguments for gate and source are set and should to be defined separately.
