• Biography

  SungGeun recieved bachelor's degree from Ajou University in 2001 in electrical engineering and got master's degree at GIST(Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology) in 2005. He studied on the mobility in nanowire in classical boltzmann transport theory. He is now pursuing doctoral degree at Purdue University. His main concern is device physics and simulations on post-CMOS devices such as finFET or nanowire FETs. He developed MugFET and OMEN Nanowire on nanoHUB.
