Let me introduce myself first. My name is Simanullang. I am currently studying for master’s program. I am planning to do research on nanowire FET and I am going to grow germanium (Ge) nanowire. Before I implement my idea into experiment, I would like to simulate Ge nanowire FET first. I have been trying to search for nanowire FET simulation at your site and I have already found it, but there is only silicon (Si) nanowire FET.

If you have already developed simulation for Ge nanowire FET, could you please upload it to this site? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance for your kind attention.
