Saumitra finished his PhD from Purdue University (Prof. Gerhard Klimeck) in 2014. He received his MS degree in May 2007 from University of Cincinnati working with Prof. K.P. Roenker. For his MS thesis work he used the nanowire simulation tool on the nanoHUB extensively. His PhD research revolved around understanding MOS device performance limits at the nanoscale regime. He work included analysis of strained SiGe/Si and III-V materials. He is now with Maxim Integrates,AZ.
