Any member of the community can add simulations to this group's simulation tool collection:
Theoretical Electron Density Visualizer
TEDVis is intended to assist in the interpretation of molecular wave functions by calculating derived magnitudes and fields associated to the electron density (ED). In the current version, TEDVis is able to calculate and display 3D plots of the molecular ED, the Laplacian, and the energy densities kinetic (G) and potential (V).
Crystal Viewer 3.0
Crystal Viewer 3.0 visualizes 14 Bravais lattices, Miller planes, and crystal structures of specific materials needed for many courses in materials, electronics and chemistry. Users can also create and view materials not contained in our database by setting certain material properties like the basis atom position, the Bravais vector. The main purpose of this educational tool is to provide insight about the crystalline structure of various materials.
Crystal Viewer 2.3.4
Crystal Viewer visualizes Bravais lattices, Miller planes, and crystal structures of specific materials needed for many courses in materials, electronics and chemistry. Users can also view bulk crystals for different materials (e.g. Si, GaAs, NaCl, graphene, CNTs, C60) as well as all 14 Bravais lattices. The main purpose of this educational tool is to provide insight about the crystalline structure of various materials.
pn Junction Lab
PN Junction Lab - This tool enables users to explore and teach the basic concepts of P-N junction devices. Edit the doping concentrations, change the materials, tweak minority carrier lifetimes, and modify the ambient temperature. Then, see the effects in the energy band diagram, carrier densities, net charge distribution, I/V characteristic, etc.
MOSFET Simulation
Displays drain current as a function of source-drain voltage for different values of gate voltage, gate dimensions, substrate material, and oxide material in an n-type MOSFET.
S4: Stanford Stratified Structure Solver
S4 is a frequency domain code to solve layered periodic structures.
